What Is an Inspection Warranty?
A standard home inspection explains the home’s condition on inspection day. It doesn’t automatically include a warranty.
We wanted to offer added protection afterward, so Protection Plus and Premier include an inspection warranty that may reimburse eligible repair costs.
For example: Your central AC worked during the inspection but develops a covered problem during the warranty period. The warranty may help reimburse the approved repair cost.
Every package includes our thorough home, termite, sewer scope, and infrared inspections. Protection Plus and Premier add the inspection warranty. Essential does not include it.
Repairs already identified in the inspection report are excluded. New homes and homes that have never been occupied are not eligible. Call (405) 868-8376 for warranty details.
