Your builder decides which repairs are covered. The inspection does not guarantee that every issue will be found or every repair approved.

Plan Ahead of the Deadline

Check your builder’s actual deadline and reporting requirements. For a one-year warranty, scheduling around month 10 can leave time to review findings and submit concerns.
