Your Inspection Warranty, Explained
A standard home inspection tells you about the home's condition on inspection day. It does not automatically include a warranty. We wanted to offer added protection afterward.

Added protection after inspection day
Our inspection warranty may reimburse eligible repair costs, up to $3,000 in aggregate. For example, if your central AC was working during the inspection and later develops a covered problem during the coverage period, the warranty may help with an approved repair. It does not cover everything or repairs already recommended in your report.
Why Protection Plus is different
Every package receives the same thorough home, termite, sewer scope, and infrared inspections. Protection Plus and Premier add the inspection warranty for eligible homes. An inspection warranty is an added benefit that is not included with every company's inspection.
Two more benefits to understand
Essential includes a one year termite activity warranty and one exterior general pest treatment. Protection Plus and Premier include a three year termite activity warranty and three monthly exterior pest treatments total. The termite benefit provides eligible spot treatment for confirmed activity, not damage repairs.

Warranty details: Up to $3,000 is the aggregate reimbursement limit, not an amount available for every repair. Eligibility, enrollment, coverage periods, limits, and exclusions apply. New and never occupied homes are not eligible. The inspection warranty is separate from a builder's warranty, a separately purchased home warranty, and the termite activity warranty.
