New Construction Home Inspections in Oklahoma City
A new home is an exciting purchase. An independent inspection before closing helps you understand the finished property and document concerns while there is still time to discuss them with the builder.
A FRESH START DESERVES AN INDEPENDENT LOOK

New does not always mean finished perfectly
A new home involves many trades, materials, and installation steps. Our team evaluates the completed home's major systems and explains the findings in a clear report. We work to educate you, not create unnecessary alarm.
What we review before closing
The inspection brings together the roof, exterior, grading and drainage, structure, electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling, attic, interiors, and built in appliances. We explain which findings deserve attention and which are maintenance items or questions for the builder.
Include the sewer scope on a new build
A new sewer line can contain construction debris, separated connections, or damage before the first buyer moves in. We recommend a sewer camera scope for every home, including new construction. Our residential inspection packages already include the home, termite, sewer scope, and infrared inspections.
Know which protection applies
The inspection warranty is not available for new or never occupied homes. Termite and exterior pest benefits remain part of the applicable residential package. Call us to choose the right option for your new home.
Before your builder's warranty ends
An inspection around month 11 can help document concerns before the builder's applicable warranty deadline. Check your actual warranty dates and requirements rather than assuming every builder uses the same terms. This is a separate service from the preclosing inspection.

Inspection details: This is a visual, noninvasive inspection of the completed home's safely accessible systems and components at the time of service. It does not replace municipal inspections or certify code compliance, construction quality, or future performance. Access, utilities, weather, and completion status can limit the evaluation. Builder warranty coverage and deadlines are determined by your agreement with the builder. New and never occupied homes are not eligible for the separate inspection warranty.
