What the service is for
The treatment focuses on common exterior pests around the home. Our licensed pest team uses Talstar P as appropriate for the property and the product label. If you have a specific pest concern, tell us when arranging service so we can explain what is included and whether another treatment is needed.
How many visits are included?
Essential includes one exterior general pest treatment. Protection Plus and Premier include three exterior general pest treatments total, scheduled monthly. The three treatments are the total benefit, not three additional visits on top of Essential's treatment.
When and where service begins
Service begins after closing or move in and is available within 20 miles of Oklahoma City. Contact our team to arrange the included treatment and discuss the property's needs. This is scheduled professional service, not an automatic promise of treatment on inspection day.
General pests and termites are separate
An exterior general pest treatment is different from a termite treatment. Every residential package also includes a termite inspection and termite activity warranty. Protection Plus and Premier extend the termite activity benefit to three years and add the inspection warranty for eligible homes.
