Sewer Scope Inspections in Oklahoma City
The drain line is easy to overlook until it becomes a problem. A sewer camera scope gives you a closer look before you take ownership. We recommend a scope for every home, including new construction.
INCLUDED IN EVERY RESIDENTIAL PACKAGE

What a sewer scope shows
We use a camera to examine the main sewer line and document the conditions we observe. This adds information that running a sink or flushing a toilet alone cannot provide.
Roots entering the line
Cracked, broken, separated, or displaced pipe sections
Obstructions and accumulated debris
Standing water and other conditions that need further evaluation
Older home or new build, the line still matters
Older lines may have deterioration, roots, or shifted connections. New lines can have installation concerns, construction debris, or damage before anyone moves in. New does not automatically mean the sewer line is clear and properly connected. That is why our recommendation applies to both new and existing homes.
Clear line compared with concerning conditions
The illustrated examples compare an open passage with root intrusion, a separated joint, and construction debris. A concern on camera does not always mean the entire line needs replacement. We explain the finding and when a plumbing or sewer specialist should evaluate it.

What you receive
We document the observed conditions and explain what deserves attention. You can use that information to ask informed questions before closing and discuss further evaluation with your agent. The goal is a clearer picture of the property, with useful next steps.
One inspection package, more included
The sewer camera scope is included in Essential, Protection Plus, and Premier, along with the home inspection, termite inspection, and infrared scan. Protection Plus is our recommended option for eligible homes when you want added protection after inspection day.

Sewer scope details: The camera evaluates visible portions of the main sewer line from an available access point. Access, pipe size, bends, obstructions, line conditions, and camera reach can limit the inspection. It does not inspect every underground drain or guarantee future performance. Examples are illustrations, not footage from your property. A specialist may be needed to determine repairs. New and never occupied homes are not eligible for the separate inspection warranty.
